Looking for Natural Soaps that are great for the whole family? Good Earth Beauty has some of my new favorites! The Chocolate Espresso Moisturizing Soap is my favorite and would make a great Mother’s Day gift for Mom! It moisturizes and also smells so good! It smells like chocolate and espresso! 4.5 oz bar retails for $5.99.  My husband likes the Honey Oatmeal Scrub Soap. This one is unscented and is both moisturizing and exfoliating. Do you have a Dog? The Doggie Soap is all natural and is also s Flea Repellent. I love this one since I am now a proud new puppy Mom! It contains essential oils that naturally repel fleas. PBS KIDS Digital Series OH NOAH! Launches New Videos and Games To Introduce Kids To Spanish On April 30, “El Dia De Los Ninos.”

New OH NOAH! content will include an immersive language learning game, “Lost and Found,” and a new 11-minute video “Making a Splash.” Kids won’t want to miss this one! I was able to watch this one and recommend it for children ages 4-7.  In addition, starting April 30th all OH NOAH! content will be accessible on mobile and tablet devices via pbskids.org/noah.

Geared to kids ages 4-7, OH NOAH! features the comic misadventures of Noah, a young boy staying with his grandmother in a community where almost no one else speaks English. As he tries to learn Spanish and makes new friends, misunderstandings land him in wacky predicaments, but he always manages to rebound and cheerfully learn from his mistakes. I love this as I think it teaches children a powerful message.

The New content includes the following:

 

  • “Making a Splash,” a new 11-minute video: On a sweltering day, Brisa invites Noah and Nell to go swimming. Noah is hesitant because he can’t swim. With Nell’s encouragement, Noah decides to get swimming lessons, but because of a misunderstanding, Noah ends up performing tricks with a waterskiing team instead.
  • An interactive “Games in Video” version of the “Making a Splash” video that includes embedded language-learning mini-games.
  • New short videos, including an extended version of the music video “Puedo nadar!” (“I can swim!”) and a highlight reel of Pequeño’s funniest moments from the series.
  • “Lost and Found,” a new immersive language-learning game: Players join Noah and Nell on an interactive scavenger hunt. Players seek help from friends and neighbors to decipher Spanish words and locate missing objects, and encounter a series of fun mini-games along the way.
  • OH NOAH! will be mobile-friendly and accessible through smartphones and tablets.

Highly-Anticipated Mega-Attraction Races onto the Scene on June 25 as

New Grand Finale of Theme Park’s World Famous Studio Tour.

Universal Studios HollywoodSM  shifts into high gear for the June 25 opening of“Fast & Furious—Supercharged” with the launch of “Road to Fast,” a dynamic campaign featuring a series of original images and an engrossing behind-the-scenes video, including interviews with the cast of its new thrill ride: Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Luke Evans.

A collection of six images, each featuring the stars of the ride depicted in a variety of action sequences, will be unveiled sequentially beginning today with a group shot of the characters racing alongside a Studio Tour tram.  A lengthier, more complex look at the making-of this revolutionary new attraction, featuring insightful perspective and commentary from the cast and producers, is also being released, and can be seen here.

“Fast & Furious—Supercharged” is a technologically advanced, epic ride that reunites stars from the Fast & Furiousseries in a groundbreaking mega-attraction designed to catapult guests into the high-stakes underground world of street racing at perceived speeds in excess of 120 miles per hour.  This high-octane ride is conceived as a new installment to theFast & Furious franchise and will debut as the grand finale to Universal Studios Hollywood’s behind-the-scenes Studio Tour that can only be experienced at The Entertainment Capital of L.A.

Sharing their enthusiasm for the ride, the cast of “Fast & Furious—Supercharged” had this to say:

This dynamic hydraulic motion-based thrill ride will tell an original Fast & Furious story, fusing sophisticated hyper-realistic special effects with a state-of-the-art 3D audio system and 3D-HD imagery projected onto the world’s longest and most expansive 360-degree screen.  Spanning nearly 400 feet in length to encircle Studio Tour guests within a newly constructed 65,000-square-foot structure on the legendary backlot, the sprawling custom-built screen will employ 34, 4K projectors and a sophisticated projection configuration system to envelop guests in unprecedented realism.

Coupled with an intense blend of visceral effects, “Fast & Furious—Supercharged” will take guests on a wild ride that begins the moment they board the Studio Tour.  Exclusive interstitial content—that was filmed with the cast members—will be featured on the tram monitors, highlighting interactions as they engage guests en route to the ride’s climatic scenes.  Along the tram route sightings of numerous prop cars from the Fast & Furious series, including Dom’s Dodge Charger, will enhance the story.

SPACE SCOUTS – Stellar Subscription Club for Kids!

Are you looking for a fun Space Science program for your child? Space Scouts is an awesome monthly subscription club for kids ages 6-9.  It’s really fun and educational and a great way to introduce children to Astronomy. I received a sample and I really like that there is such a variety of items included. ROXY and JETT will guide your child on a scouting expedition through the solar system, with focus on a specific place in space each month. Begin the adventure with the Space Scouts lunchbox to use as a backdrop and storage for the monthly magnet collection, the Space Scouts solar system poster to map and mark with the monthly exploration sticker, and the Space Scouts constellation card startup kit to hold the monthly constellation card collection.
