New ‘SANTA HQ’ Is Coming To Los Cerritos Center!

Santa is all about the experience and this year Los Cerritos Center has partnered with HGTV to present “Santa HQ.” Families are invited to experience the wonder of Santa’s workshop in the digital age. Exciting interactive technology transforms and customizes the experience.

This engaging new version of a visit with Santa uses digital tools to offer an augmented reality environment and a thoroughly new, enhanced social media experience for families.  At Santa HQ, kids will be “scanned” as they arrive to determine if they’ve been “naughty or nice,” enter an observatory where they will use special tablets to view Santa’s magical world – the night sky or Santa’s elves at work, for instance – be able to take an “ELFIE” (a photo opp as a dancing elf) and much more.

Early Bird Photo packages are also available starting at $34.99 through December 8. As an added bonus, guests can start to make reservations with the man of the hour now by visitingwww.santa-hq.com.

Shoppers also are invited to bring in an unwrapped toy and participate in Help Through Holiday Giving.  Los Cerritos Center hopes to gather enough toys to beast last years ABC7 Spark-Of-Love Stuff-A-Bus Toy Drive record of nine commuter busses.  All Toys will be donated to Spark-Of-Love on December 2.

Mewlan is the Pet of the Week!

Halloween’s done, Thanksgiving hasn’t yet started, and so of course, we’re way past thinking about the December winter holidays. If you’re dreaming of a white Christmas, consider adopting Mewlan right away! She’s a lovely pure-as-the-driven-snow white with a Valentine of a pink nose and eyes green as a spring day. In addition to ice skating, ice tubing, sleigh rides, and visits with Santa, Southern California’s coolest holiday adventure will unveil a new interactive and immersive experience,Alice in Winterland.

Light up the night and follow the Queen down the rabbit hole this holiday season with Alice in Winterland. The newest attraction at CHILL brings an inspired re-imagination of the classic Lewis Carroll story to life through the magic of an interactive and digitally immersive 14,000-square foot walk-through experience. Guests can unlock the hidden secrets of the adventure with RIFD technology to make each individual visit truly unforgettable. Alice in Winterland features stunning, larger than life lanterns as you follow Alice and her adventure into the Hall of Doors, the White Rabbit’s Kitchen, Mad Hatter’s Work Shop, the proverbial Tea Party, the Hedge Maze and visits from the Caterpillar and the new Queen of Diamonds.
