College Poor No More: 100 $avings Tips for College Students will be coming out this summer (New Year Publishing). It was named #1 on Amazon’s ‘Hot New Releases’ and was also featured on the front page of USA Today. Michelle Perry Higgins is a Wall Street Journal expert panelist and a financial mentor to parents and college students.

I received a copy of this book and found it very helpful! It has really great advice on how a College student can budget.

On Sunday, May 31st guests can enjoy 31% off ALL ice cream sundaes at participating Baskin-Robbins shops nationwide. To help celebrate the brand’s 70th birthday throughout the year, Baskin-Robbins is offering sweet frozen treat deals on each 31st of the month through the end of the year.

I love Gaslamp Popcorn because the popcorn is such a healthy snack option! Perfect for on-the-go travels this upcoming Summer!  I was quite excited to try out their newest flavors: Sweet Fiesta Lime and Mango Habanero Salsa! The Sweet Fiesta Lime is actually my favorite of the two! With just a hint of sweetness, it is delicious! The Mango Habanero is sweet and spicy, which is also a great combination!  I love that Gaslamp Popcorn is a low calorie snack option and these new flavors are great for the whole family!

Enjoy a BIG adventure this spring with the TINIEST of creatures in Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants!

Good things come in small packages! That’s certainly the case with the adorable, animated feature Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants.  These endearing insects will be in theaters, On Demand, and on DVD May 26, 2015 from kaboom! Entertainment.

 

This epic adventure has the added twist of almost no dialogue – think Wall-E meets A Bug’s Life! These animated stars communicate solely via a synchronized soundtrack featuring music and sound effects to tell the tale of their journey. With the lone voice of Richard Dreyfuss as the narrator, Minuscule: Valley of the Lost Ants is the buzz worthy spring feature you won’t want to miss.

Younger children are sure to love this one! I would recommend for children ages 4-8.  As stated above, there is little dialogue and younger children are more likely to enjoy the sound effects and music. Also, a fun one to watch with the family!
