Gumbo loves to play fetch and will happily perform commands like “Sit!” if there’s a treat in the offing. Toys are a big favorite with Gumbo—he loves them to the point of destruction. Gumbo has a wonderful disposition. He loves it when the shelter volunteers dress him up like a gorilla or a teddy bear and parade him around on holidays. His happy disposition is miraculous, considering that he entered the shelter as a stray in August, with severe skin issues. He’s fine now, but it’s high time that he went to a loving home.
