The 12th Annual Pet Appreciation Fair and Walk for the Animals, presented by the Petco Foundation, will be held on Saturday, October 13 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. at El Dorado East Regional Park—Archery Range, 7550 Spring St. (at the 605 freeway) in Long Beach. The event is co-sponsored by Friends of Long Beach Animals and Long Beach Animal Care Services to help fund low-cost spay/neuter, medical attention for special needs of shelter animals, and humane education. My son loves the big ships like Titanic and the Queen Mary so for his 9th birthday we decided to stay overnight on the Queen Mary. I had never spent the night aboard the Queen Mary so I was also quite excited when we booked our reservation.
