The 2018 LA Taco Festival

The event is open to the public and all taco lovers! It is free to attend with a $5 suggested donation to support Jovenes’ work with homeless youth.

Cinco, August 2nd Pet of the Week!

Whatever language you speak, Cinco will be your lucky number! This little 9-year-old shih tzu appeals to all the five senses: sight (adorable, with his shaggy black-and-white coat), hearing (he barks with delight whenever he sees a friend), smell (he loves to sniff a hand), taste (and gobble a treat), and of course, touch (he’s so soft, and he loves leaning against people!). Meet Cinco on the shelter side of the P. D. Pitchford Companion Animal Village, 7700 East Spring St., (562) 570-PETS. Ask for ID#A403900.
