Scanlife Mobile App Joins SessionM’s Mobile Loyalty Network


Scanbuy, the world’s leading mobile engagement solutions provider, today announced that it has partnered with SessionM, the leading mobile loyalty platform, to reward users of the popular ScanLife app for Android and iOS  simply for scanning QR Codes and UPC codes on products and media in the physical world.


ScanLife mobile app users can earn mPOINTS (or “mobile points”) by completing in-app activities that ScanLife wants to reward, like interacting with barcodes and QR Codes they discover in their everyday surroundings such as stores and restaurants, products, print advertising and more. Users can then redeem their points for rewards such as gift cards from iTunes, Amazon, Starbucks and other online retailers, charitable donations or fun merchandise.

ScanLife is also able to take advantage of SessionM’s location check-in feature, mPLACES, which enables the app to reward users for checking in to specific store locations where they can scan products using the app.
