Bebita’s look of anticipation is likely directed at the sight of a volunteer holding a leash. She’s always ready to go-go-go for a walk! Bebita is a 5-year-old pint-size pittie who’s one of Long Beach Animal Care Services’ longest residents. She’s been waiting for a forever home or a foster since April 2021, and she needs ooouuuutttt! Bebita’s a strong, compact, little ball of fun with a huge smile that goes from giant ear to giant ear! She loves to be near her people but can be protective in the home environment—she’ll need a patient owner to help teach her to trust new people. She will flourish in a breed-experienced home where she is the only pet. Bebita’s long overdue to find her happily ever after and our shelter is at maximum capacity, so please come to meet her! Shelter hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 7700 E. Spring St. at the entrance to El Dorado Park (no parking fee for shelter visitors).
