Fresh n’ Lean is a ready-to-eat meal delivery service. Every meal is organic, fresh (never frozen), non-gmo, grass fed, and locally sourced. They cater to many different diets: paleo, vegan, dairy free, gluten free, low carb, and low fat. They ship nationwide (AK and HI included) via FedEx.

These organic. ready to eat meals start at $9.33 a meal (cheaper than most eating out options!) and there are different meal plans such as the ION Performance Protein plan and there are breakfast, lunch and dinner choices.

I like that the meals taste fresh and are healthy meals. But, that there is no prep time really involved. They are simply ordered online and then heated up. Many other healthy meal plans that you can order online has so much prep time involved. You are also in charge of customizing your meal plan. You simply select your plan online or choose from their a la carte options. Their meals are currently freshly prepared in Chino, CA but they will soon be moving to Anaheim, CA.
