The Shops at Mission Viejo Announces the Opening of Dizzy Bird

The Shops at Mission Viejo announced the opening of Dizzy Bird, the newest addition to their retail mix.

Inspired by the flavorful spatchcock chicken served historically in Lebanon, Greece and surrounding Mediterranean cities, Dizzy Bird’s menu focuses on spatchcocked rotisserie chicken infused with herbs, citrus and garlic for some good clucking flavor. It is served alongside signature sauces such Lebanese Garlic Sauce “Toum” and other popular Mediterranean sides, such as Greek Potatoes or Roasted Sweet Potatoes.

Dizzy Bird’s hot fresh rotisserie chicken will be featured in pressed wraps, on top of colorful bowls and salads with hearty ingredients, or a la carte with your favorite sides.
