Honey Barbeque Tuna Sliders

• Recipe Yield: 4 sandwiches, 2 each

Ingredients:

• 2 pouches (2.6 oz.) StarKist® Kid’s Creations™ Honey Barbeque
• 4 slider buns
• 2 slices cheddar cheese

Directions:

• Place 2 slider buns on a plate.
• Top each with half of the tuna from one pouch. Top each with a half a slice of cheese.
• Place top of bun on the cheese. Repeat with the other sliders and tuna.

I received a bag of the Viki’s Granola in Maple Cranberry and Banana Walnut. I was at first thought…going to come up with a granola bar but I then thought that I would go with something much more simple!

So, I chose Salted Caramel Gelato and simply added the yummy granola on top! It was delicious and it doesn’t get any easier than that!

WHIPPED STRAWBERRY HONEY BUTTER

Prep: 5 mins / Cook: 5 mins / Total Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¾ cup Crunchies Strawberries

Instructions

1. Whip softened butter in a mixer until smooth. Be sure no lumps remain.
2. Add honey and vanilla and mix until combined.
3. Add Crunchies Strawberries ¼ cup at a time and mix until butter is fluffy and pink.
4. Refrigerate butter until firm.
5. Spread the butter on your favorite bread and enjoy!
