Global Genes is pleased to announce Emmy nominated Recording Artist, Andrew McMahon, is set to perform at the 6th Annual RARE Tribute to Champions of Hopeawards at the City National Grove of Anaheim on Saturday, September 16. McMahon is among the many celebrities and special guests performers supporting the fight against rare disease and attending the annual star-studded event.

Global Genes RARE Tribute to Champions of Hope honors and celebrates rare disease advocates, scientists, patients, and supporters, and recognizes their importance in advancing efforts for rare disease globally. Annually the blue carpet event welcomes many celebrities, scientists, and VIP attendees. In addition to Andrew McMahon, the 2017 special performances will include Stephanie Rice (NBC’s The Voice Season 12), Sparsh Shah (NBC’s Little Big Shots), and Gavin Stevens (NBC’s Little Big Shots). Radio co-host Jill Escoto, from 104.3 myFM Valentine in the Morning, will host the evening program.
