My husband seems to like these vitamins. He really isn’t big on taking a multivitamin so I was happy to see that he doesn’t mind taking these. It is a complete multivitamin and he takes one a day. He likes that there is no unpleasant aftertaste and are easy to swallow. They are high quality and seem to be safe to take. He’s also happy that he doesn’t need to take an additional vitamin.
