You simply attach to your hose and have a bunch at a time! This set included 111 pre attached water balloons and 111 empty balloons along with the rubbers. I love how you do not have to tie them! I also love that a refill is included and it is reusable! So much fun and so easy! These are great for family and friend fun time. I am still amazed that I no longer have to tie the balloons!!
