I love the quality of this exercise ball! It doesn’t seem cheap and is very durable! I like that it is easy to pump up with the included hand pump. I was worried that my son or puppy would pop it. But, my puppy stays clear of it and my son loves exercising with it and he hasn’t popped it yet! This is a great way to exercise and I love using it for yoga. It is available in different sizes so just make sure to order the correct size.
