Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, today announced it will open its first location in downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 15. The restaurant, located at 754 S. Olive Street, will roll out the pink carpet and open its doors to the public at 5 a.m. The location will offer local residents and guests the full array of Dunkin’ Donuts’ iconic menu items including fresh-brewed coffee, lattes, delicious baked goods, sandwiches and more.

To kick off the grand opening festivities, the first person in line will be rewarded a $250.00 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card, while the first 50 people in line will receive a branded travel mug and gift card to use during future Dunkin’ Donuts visits. There will also be plenty of giveaways throughout the day including t-shirts, travel cups and mugs as well as free passed samples for guests to enjoy while waiting in line. Cuppy, Dunkin’ Donuts’ beloved brand mascot, will also be onsite to greet guests and take pictures in front of the step-and-repeat.

A ceremonial ribbon cutting will take place to commemorate the grand opening, which will include a check presentation to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. In alignment with Dunkin’ Donuts’ goal to support children’s health in local communities, the restaurant will provide this donation to help further the organization’s efforts.

Open seven days a week from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., the Los Angeles franchise will be operated by Madison Food Management, LLC, owned by Aharon Aminpour. The small business owner has plans to develop 30 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the San Fernando Valley, Downtown Los Angeles and Central California areas over the coming years.

“With the hustle and bustle of downtown Los Angeles, we are honored to keep our neighbors running on Dunkin’ and provide them with great food and beverage options available all day long,” said Aharon Aminpour, Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee. “This new location is equipped with ample seating and free Wi-Fi and we welcome those who live, work and visit downtown LA to make our restaurant their go-to stop for a morning coffee, afternoon pick-me-up and after work treat.”

The new location is a DD Green Achievement™ restaurant with energy- and water-saving features. These include atmospheric LED lights, high-performance windows and low-flow faucets. DD Green Achievement™ is Dunkin’ Donuts’ sustainable restaurant program for U.S. restaurants that helps franchisees build new, sustainable and energy-efficient establishments.
