I have to admit, it has been a long time since I have been out in the dating scene. I have been married since 2000 and was really off the market since 1997. This wouldn’t normally be a book that I would pick up since my married life began. It did sound like an interesting book and I do know that all my readers aren’t married. Now, even back in the 90’s, 80’s and way before..I do recall Coffee Dates. No, they aren’t always a bad thing but I have to admit, I do recall that they aren’t always the best thing either. I really enjoyed this book because it really is humorous and actually quite refreshing! The Author has such a way in telling these individual date stories, that you will find yourself laughing out loud. I also was happy to say many of my dates weren’t quite as bad as some of these dates in the book and in a funny way, I feel that this book would give hope to a few of my single friends. I loved how different each story was from beginning to ending and loved the different twists in each story. There are stories of famous people and ordinary people and I laughed from beginning to ending.It is also a quick read. It’s just a fun book and may even give you a different perspective on dating. It’s really quite refreshing!
