Tang to give us a thoughtful and reassuring picture book about how one child experiences anxiety and worry, providing different tools to practice mindfulness and strengthen one’s mental health, including rich backmatter that would give readers of all ages valuable tools to manage anxiety. I really like this one because it addresses some feelings that all children experience.

This humorous book will get young readers thinking about language-and laughing, too.
This really is such a fun book to read!

I think this is a wonderful book to read out loud and children will really enjoy it!
