What is old is new again-Meditation. Families, schools and educational programs need tools for students’ wellbeing more now than ever. Integrating meditation into school programs and daily life is an option that is getting more popular. The competition for adding more activities to family routines and/or curriculums is tight, however, as studies grow it is becoming more of a viable solution to wellbeing.
