Visiting San Diego this Summer? SoCal Kids San Diego is the website to check out!

Summer is the perfect time to take the family on a road trip. Perhaps you are heading to San Diego. It’s a great destination for family fun. From the beaches to the mountains to the museums and parks, San Diego plenty to see and do.
Founded by Kathie Zaccaria, SoCal Kids San Diego is a website and e-newsletter dedicated to keeping parents in-the-know about family-friendly events and activities happening throughout San Diego. SoCal Kids San Diego emerged in 2011 out of her love for helping parents find things to do that their kids will enjoy such as festivals, puppet shows, crafts, exhibits, movies, music, and more. This website is driven by a passion for promoting local organizations who strive to provide quality fun for our kids.
The SoCal Kids San Diego website features highlighted events, a dynamic calendar, local spotlights, community news, and more. Under “Things to Do” in the main menu, you will find local museums, nature centers, and fun places to play.
The calendar is the heart of SoCal Kids San Diego. Events are listed for free with the qualifications that they must be family-friendly, in San Diego, and open to the public. Events on the calendar can be emailed, printed, and shared via social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Calendar listings also come with a google map link – which is great for visitors!
Check out SoCal Kids San Diego for all your family-fun needs – and have a great adventure here in San Diego!
